I just love these UFO alarms. I don’t know whose bright idea it was to invent these little gadgets but these UFOs are just perfect for those of us who are really simple and just need common sense solutions to help us feel safe and confident that we have done what we need to do to protect ourselves in the best possible way.

So many self defense products are geared to people who actually know or think they can handle the martial arts.

Most of us do not fall into that category.

The UFO Alarm is the most versatile personal home alarm. It is available in 6 colors (black, white, pink, blue, silver and green. It’s easy to set-up and operate in any of the following scenarios:

It is a Burglar alarm. The innovative design allows the alarm to be armed from the outside using the alligator clip and rubber shim. How cool is that.

It is a Door or Window alarm. You can use the alligator clip to secure your doors and windows.

It is a Drawer or Cupboard alarm. Again you can use the alligator clip to protect your private documents and valuables from well known or even unknown and hopefully unsuspecting intruders. This is a great gift for kids too when they have troublesome siblings. I believe in empowering people in the kindest way possible. No harm. No Fowl.

This is also a Personal alarm. I you feel that you’re threatened you can press the panic button or pull the wrist strap to activate alarm. Most intruders run away from alarms. Their hearing must be sensitive. Anyway, it can’t hurt to set off an alarm if you feel you are in harms way.

The greatest charm of all is the Bag alarm. If your bag, purse, diaper bag, luggage is snatched, the alarm will sound. I lost my make-up bag at a hotel check-in counter. What a bummer. An alarm would have thwarted the theft.

This gadget is also a Flashlight. When the alarm sounds a bright light projects from the bottom of the alarm.

So the bottom line is this little gadget includes a 120dB alarm, an alligator clip, a rubber shim, a short wrist strap, a long wrist strap, a keychain, a 12V battery and a screwdriver.

Pepper Spray for moms

Well mom…you never thought you would ever need Pepper Spray and now you know you may need even more than just a little squirt of pepper spray. With pepper spray you need to be sure you don’t stand down wind when you actuate the pepper spray or you could be in even more trouble.
